Mast Cottage
Not a reference to sailing, but to the ancient commoning term of 'Mast' which means the right to turn out pigs on the open forest. Set alongside the network of gravelled lanes within Burley village, horse riding, bike hire and fishing are all available from the garden gate. This makes an ideal New Forest holiday cottage for a group of friends, within easy walking distance of several hostelries.
