Aura corporation has taken on Steve Oliver as Project Director in charge of one of their key Pan European customer satisfaction projects with Mazda.
Steve Oliver leaves Honda joins aura
Steve’s decade at Honda (UK) included five years as Head of the Customer Department with responsibilities for, customer insight, on-line activity, customer care function, contact centre, database and environmental strategy. Steve brought all these various customer-facing functions together to create a “customer-led organisation” at the heart of which is a relationship marketing programme.
Steve previously held a cross business role (including Cars, Motorcycles and Power Equipment) and also led Network Development.
Aura a channel marketing and research Agency, started only in 1998, works with a number of manufacturers and has built a considerable presence in the automotive market in Europe . Steve will be part of an expanding management team supporting significant growth in the business.
