Complinet Launches Compliance Solutions to Canadian Financial Services Community

Relationship with Leading Exchange, Expanded Solution Offerings and Client Engagements extend North American footprint

New York, US and London, UK – October 15, 2007 – Complinet, the leading provider of solutions that dynamically deliver relevant compliance intelligence to industry professionals, has expanded its North American presence into Canada, connecting rules, news and analysis with its dynamic solutions to deliver compliance intelligence and solutions for the Canadian financial services community. Through collaborating with Canada’s leading exchange, establishing new client engagements, and creating and delivering Canadian-specific Rulebooks and News & Analysis, Complinet is tailoring its compliance solution offerings to meet the Canadian financial services community’s needs.

On August 28, 2007, TSX Group launched new online versions of the TSX Company Manual, TSX Venture Corporate Finance Manual, NEX policies, the TSX and TSX Venture trading rules in English and French, all of which are currently hosted by Complinet. Complinet has worked closely with the TSX Group to ensure that issuers and Participating Organisations will benefit from Complinet's innovative and user-friendly technology. In addition, the TSX publications will incorporate functionality that is exclusive to Complinet; including an advanced search engine, and links to key rules and online documents. Complinet also works with FINRA (ex-NASD) to host online manuals allowing easy access for FINRA-regulated firms to the FINRA Manual and authorised database.

Canadian Securities content is now available for practitioners focusing on the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (MFDA) and Investment Dealers Association of Canada (IDA).

Additionally, Complinet’s e-learning initiatives have been expanded so that several current e-learning courses, such as Complinet’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) course, have been revised to provide all staff working in financial institutions with an understanding of Canadian money laundering law, regulation and rules.
