Rentokil Initial brings all its facilities services into single division

Rentokil Initial has re-branded its cleaning and facilities services division to become Initial Facilities Services and brought further leading services under the Facilities Services umbrella. The move helps to ensure that customers can buy services the way they want to – whether they need a single service, a bundle of services, an integrated solution or full Facilities Management.

Newly included within the division are Catering, Facilities Management and Hospital Services. The Initial Facilities Services division therefore now comprises: Initial Cleaning Services, Initial Retail Cleaning, Initial Integrated Services, Initial Specialist Services, Initial Facilities Management, Autograph Foodservice (catering to business and industry), Eden Foodservice (catering to schools), Initial Hospital Services and the newly acquired Insitu Services.

Commenting on the re-branding and re-structure, Peter Lloyd, Divisional MD said: “With four clear ‘solutions’ - single service, bundled services, integrated services or total facilities management – we are reinforcing our commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our customers.
