Relationship with holidaylettings.co.uk strengthens ‘Superior’ customer care

International property developers The Superior Group are cementing new business relationships in order to provide their customers with the best service possible. With the arrival of MD Guy Cowper, there has been a strong drive within the group to set up “Customer First” initiatives such as establishing Superior Financial Services and Customer Relations departments. The Superior Group are also working on a series of B2B relationships with key developers and complimentary suppliers.

One such relationship is with holiday home rental website ‘holidaylettings.co.uk’. Established in 1999 by business partners Ross Elder and Andy Firth, Holiday Lettings offers support and advice to help second homeowners earn more from their property. It is now the UK’s strongest growing holiday home rental website and recently sold a two-third share to Rightmove.co.uk. The sale was made with the aim of making holidaylettings.co.uk the No1 holiday lettings site whilst working closely with rightmoveoverseas.co.uk, Rightmove’s overseas sales division. Traffic to the site has already significantly increased as a result of the acquisition by Rightmove.

The Holiday Lettings site enables Superior owners to present the property using 16 photographs, unlimited text descriptions of the property, facilities, locality and region as well as include comments from previous guests. Each property advert has an availability calendar that can be updated at anytime and enables holidaymakers to find your property more easily when they search for holiday accommodation by date.
