Target and Amcat integrate contact management solutions and application processing to increase loan processing speed for brokers

18th October, 2006 - Brokers can increase loan processing speed and efficiency as well as offer customers more communication options through a new technology partnership between financial software solutions provider Target and Amcat, a global leader in customer care & interaction solutions. Target’s BlueChip loan processing system and Amcat’s Contact Centre Suite call centre solutions are now fully integrated to streamline customer contact and loan processing.

The partnership will enable brokers to import information gathered during calls seamlessly into the Target Bluechip system. It will enhance front-end application processing through technologies such as live agent scripting; call centre management reporting; and multi-channel capabilities integrating voice, e-mail, fax, Web, voice over IP, instant messaging (SMS) and video elements.
