Driving improvement in operations and customer relationships. Bsquared showcases B2B best practice to International Aerospace community
Bsquared continues to support the development of best practice within the International Aerospace community and recently attended the International Aerospace Quality Group’s (IAQG) General Assembly Forum held in Naples, Italy. The forum brings together representatives of the international aerospace community from across the globe. The purpose of the IAQG is to implement initiatives that make significant improvements in quality and reductions in cost throughout the value stream, thereby improving the performance of the organisation.
Bsquared, specialists in B2B (B2B) customer relationships, were one of a small number of companies featured in the Performance Excellence Marketplace (PEM). The PEM showcases companies recognized as making a best practice contribution to the aerospace and defence industry. Rob Brickle, MD of Bsquared said:
“we are immensely pleased to be invited back to the IAQG General Assembly for the fourth year in a row. Bsquared has been working with the aerospace and defence industry for many years now, and over that time we’ve seen a big shift in the focus on the customer as the most important driver of change in these companies. The IAQG has a mission to improve customer satisfaction and relationships, through on-time and on-quality delivery of products and services. Our message to delegates will be that listening to the customer effectively is the 1st mission critical step in the process.”
Such companies as BAE Systems, the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS), and the Defence Support Group (DSG) have been doing that for some time now by implementing the internationally accepted methodology called the Customer Review process(CRp®). Rob Brickle continues:
“The key to durable relationships and the resultant profit growth is to inspire high levels of confidence with the most influential people in your most important customers. If they’re confident that you understand their issues and have a change programme in place that delivers for them over the long term, then they'll be easier to do business with, stay loyal and be closed to competitors’ advances. Achieving this requires a process suitable for senior people with strategic issues. CRp has been proven to work and we are looking forward to showcasing it to more IAQG members in the future.”
For more info about the Customer Review process visit www.Bsquared-Consulting.com where you can listen to and read case studies from aerospace and defence companies using CRp.
