The range comprises 15 ice creams – from Stem Ginger to Strawberry and Vintage Marmalade to Vanilla. But these three are particularly suited to Christmas and Winter party menus with their warming, seasonal ingredients.

Stem Ginger

Cheerful bites of Chinese stem ginger sparkle through the cold creaminess of this dazzling ice. Delicious on its own, this taste bud tickling ice is also the perfect partner for hot apple pie, baked peaches or roasted plums.

Brandy & Orange

Fresh, velvety orange ice laced with real brandy – this “grown up” dairy ice celebrates two traditional tastes of Christmas. Simply scoop and enjoy or serve as an accompaniment – it’s particularly good with boozy fruits or a slice of dark chocolate torte…

Cinnamon and Honey

This spice is synonymous with Christmas, and this ice combines its comforting warmth with a hint of honey. Special enough to serve on its own, it also brings fruit crumbles and baked apples to life.

Gold Medal Vanilla

A traditional favourite loved by all ages, Gold Medal Vanilla is the most adaptable of ices and should be in every household’s freezer this Christmas. This superbly creamy ice has real vanilla flecks and is the height of luxury. Pile it onto cones for the young and young at heart. And offer a small scoop to melt onto hot mince pies for a welcome touch to this traditional Christmas treat.
