It is National Lie in Day on Sunday the 29th October which means an extra hour in bed – bliss. But could that extra hour in bed actually do you more harm than good? We all love our beds but …does it love you back?

The quality of sleep plays a massive part in our general health and specifically on the health of our back. 8 of 10 people suffer back pain at some point in their lives and it’s the most common cause of days off sick. So next Sunday, take time out to consider whether your mattress is up to spec.
