British Beauty and Spa Awards Launched

10th British Beauty & Spa Awards Launched

Celebrating ten years of rewarding and recognising the best in the beauty and spa industry, the British Beauty & Spa Awards, presented by Health & Beauty Salon in association with Salon Secure, reflect the way in which the beauty industry has developed over recent years, with categories celebrating both business acumen, and hands-on treatments and procedures from salons, spa’s and individuals within the British beauty industry.

“It’s been an amazing ten years,” comments Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of Health & Beauty Salon, Jayne Lewis-Orr, “The beauty and spa industries have grown and developed and the British Beauty & Spa Awards has grown in line with their development. From the outset, we wanted to recognise and reward excellence, innovation and professionalism by businesses and individuals within the beauty industry and each year the number of entries we receive are a fantastic testament to the British beauty industry. There are so many dedicated and professional therapists, salons and spas in the UK.”

To enter the British Beauty & Spa Awards, salons, spas and individuals initially select the category they would like to enter. They then have to fulfil the criteria set down for each individual category. Once completed, the entry - along with any evidence is sent to the event organisers where it will be registered, checked through and then put through the judging process. Finalists aren'tified by letter and winners will be announced at the British Beauty & Spa Awards on Sunday 10th September 2005 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

The beauty industry is one that is constantly in the public eye. Everyone wants to look good and feel fantastic, and the British Beauty & Spa Awards celebrate the high standards that can be found in salons and spas throughout the United Kingdom. The products of the sponsors of the British Beauty & Spa Awards can be found in any beauty product fanatic’s bathroom shelf. You can’t pick up a glossy magazine without reading about a new treatment or product, and the sponsors, finalists and winners of the British Beauty & Spa Awards are at the forefront of the beauty industry, pushing it forward to gain even more recognition for the quality of work carried out every day by dedicated beauty therapists and technicians. The 10th British Beauty & Spa Awards will take place on Sunday 10th September 2006 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, where winners from the following categories will be announced;
